A safe place for children and teens to express themselves, build coping skills, and work through challenges. Sessions may include techniques like play therapy, sand tray, and expressive arts to help explore feelings, develop insight, and strengthen emotional resilience in a developmentally appropriate way.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy technique used to treat traumatic experiences and other distressing memories. It is based on the theory that the brain can become stuck on processing certain events, leading to emotional distress and symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
